Since opening their doors in June 1988, Canton Restaurant has been
an integral part of downtown Martinez offering extraordinary
Cantonese-Mandarin Chinese cuisine with friendly service and
relaxing environment. Chef Chi and Teresa Lam are the proud owners
of Canton Restaurant.
Prior to opening the restaurant, Chef Lam worked
throughout the California Bay Area honing his cooking skills and
developing an extensive array of Chinese dishes. He has taken
everything learned in his 30+ year cooking career and placed it on
the menu of their fine dining
establishment. The Lams hand-pick their freshest ingredients from
select markets in Chinatown.
Canton Restaurant is open 7 days a week. Various Specials and
